Dr. Rachel Odom is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist, dedicated to providing personalized, patient-focused care. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University and her undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy. With a diverse and dynamic background, Rachel spent five years serving in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) before transitioning to civilian life in Northern Virginia to start a family and pursue her passion for physical therapy.
 
A former collegiate powerlifter and rugby player, Rachel brings a unique perspective to her practice, complemented by over 15 years of experience in martial arts. Her clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of specialties, including vestibular (dizziness) dysfunction, concussion and headache management, return-to-sport rehabilitation, post-operative care for the spine and joint replacements, and working with medically complex patients.
 
Rachel is certified in dry needling (CMTPT/DN) and is an assistant instructor at MyoPain Seminars in Bethesda, MD. She is continuously curious about emerging standards of care and is driven by a commitment to help her patients achieve their personal goals. Rachel’s holistic approach to therapy not only addresses the physical aspects of rehabilitation but also considers the emotional and psychological well-being of her patients.
