From your very first visit, we take a whole-body approach to understand not just your symptoms, but the underlying causes of your discomfort or limitations. Your time and health are valuable, and I’m committed to making each session focused, efficient, and tailored specifically to you.

Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment and discussion of your goals. Follow-up sessions may be 30 or 60 minutes based on what’s best for your individual needs.
