Orthopedic Pain
Orthopedic pain includes both acute and chronic conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, and joint dysfunction. Physical therapy helps manage these issues through exercise, manual therapy, and education on movement strategies and ergonomics. The goal is to restore function and reduce pain. Dry needling enhances this approach by targeting trigger points to relieve muscle tightness and inflammation, stimulating healing, and improving range of motion. It is especially beneficial for common complaints like back pain, shoulder pain, and repetitive strain injuries
